"Jay" is a Thai living in Bangkok, Thailand. An Economics graduate from Thammasat University, he has experienced education in both Eastern and Western cultures; studying in places as far-a-field as Shanghai and Texas. Four years of volunteer work for AIESEC during his university led him discover his strong passion in human development. Following his graduation, Jay worked in English-speaking adventure youth camps for 2 years at Horseshoe Point Resort & Country Club in Chonburi, Thailand. After a year break of studying Chinese and its culture at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he moved into the social sector working at the Foundation for Thailand Rural Reconstruction Movement (TRRM) under Royal Patronage, where he helped develop the national network of young volunteer leaders and advocated national policy for voluntarism in Thailand for 2 years. He had involved in several social projects with Thailand Ministry of Social Development and Human Security and Thai Health Promotion Foundation.

Latterly, Jay received a scholarship to pursue his master degree in Contemplative Education & Transformative Learning at Mahidol University in Nakorn Pathom, Thailand. He cultivated his proficiency of training facilitation for many groups of individuals through various transformative workshops with the Training Unit of Mahidol's Contemplative Education Center together with Kwanpandin Institute for Contemplative Learning. Besides, he became a yoga teacher according to standard curricula of India's Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, certified by Thai Yoga Institute. He started private yoga sessions that emphasizes true spirit of yoga; and integrated holistically yogic practices into his training facilitation.

Jay's deep aspiration is to cultivate a balanced holistic life and integrate the principles behind this into mainstream by involving transformative workshops for educational organizations, public institutions, corporate, and other civic groups.

Furthermore, Jay is a determined holistic learner and enjoys being creative working with a variety of themes, ground-breaking ideas, and a range of techniques. His interests are contemplative practices, mindfulness training of all traditions, energy healing work, oracle card reading, performing arts, organic vegetarian cooking, and cultural exposure through travelling and dialogue. He speaks Thai, English, Mandarin Chinese, and a little bit of everything.
