With integrity, knowledge, experience and a commitment to excellence, as the foundation of his business, Jay spends each day tracking the financial and real estate market developments so he can better inform and advise his clients. His clients also benefit from his designation as a certified Mortgage Planning Specialist – an accomplishment enjoyed by less than 1% of the mortgage industry.

Having worked for several of the major Banks and Mortgage Lenders (Chase Manhattan, Wells Fargo, Countrywide & Bank of America), Jay has chosen the mortgage banking platform to better serve his Clients and Referral Partners. The Mortgage Banking platform allows access to multiple lending channels including the major Banks, non-bank and Jumbo sources as well as the ability to Broker to niche lenders and private money sources. This allows Jay to provide more solutions to his Clients lending needs.
Jay was raised in Carmel, California and is an Alumnus of UC Berkeley. He moved to Southern California in 1986. Jay resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Paige and their two children, Gavin and Allison, where he remains actively involved in supporting the community.
