Jay Massirman

JAY MASSIRMAN serves as founder and President of Rivergate, a multifamily management, investment and development firm headquartered in Miami, Florida. Rivergate specializes in enhancing value to its portfolio value by utilizing its intrinsic strengths to the benifit of its management, investment and development portfolio, in marketing, accounting, social media, training, revenue management and repositioning capabilities.

Jay has 30 years’ experience in real estate sector. experience includes the sales, financing, development, construction, and management of over 100,000 multifamily units. Commercial experience encompasses land entitlement, limited service hotel and urban self-storage development.

Prior to forming Rivergate|Massirman Group, Jay spent 20 years with CBRE, a global real estate service provider. As a Vice Chairman, he was a perennial top producer and was actively involved in the sale and financing of more than 400 transactions including over 76,000 multifamily units with an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion.
