Jay Moseberry
CEO, Life Coach, and speaker in Michigan
Hey, I’m Coach Jay!
Thanks for stopping by to get to know me a little better on a more personal level.
I am a fan of boxing, music, and movies, and I love taking on DIY work around the house. I enjoy fine dining, but I'm a sucker for a good greasy bacon cheeseburger from time to time.
Some of my interests include things like entrepreneurship, travel, technology, and learning more about the world around me and the people in it.
Like many Fathers, I'm motivated by the desire to provide an excellent life for my children. Discussing how to leave the world a better place than they found it is a daily conversation.
With over twenty successful years of sales experience, I'm driven by my passion for helping people develop into the best versions of themselves. During my career, I have been responsible for being a Sales Manager, Training Manager or Director of Sales, and other roles. In leadership roles, I've been responsible for hiring, training, and developing between 6-20 individuals at any given time depending on the position. Determining direction and strategy for team success was always at the forefront while maintaining a positive environment. I began my career in retail sales before transitioning to inside corporate sales and have field sales experience as well as selling to C-level executives. Coupled with my sales/leadership experience, I bring a military background as a combat medic. So, while I rarely find myself facing an obstacle I can't overcome, I'm equipped with the wherewithal to analyze the situation, adapt, and overcome it calmly. Through the years I've developed the ability to be laser-focused on a given task while remaining adaptable and agile to situational variance.
I hope you've enjoyed learning more about me than what one sheet of paper and some bullet points can say.
Thanks again for stopping by,
-Jay-
