Jay Lee

With professional backgrounds in Arts and Humanity, Jay has uniquely been exploring interdisciplinary fields of digital research and business across various spaces. From early stage software and mobile application start-ups to global corporate business and social entrepreneurship, Jay directs creative endeavors that bridges ideas, people, and business. As a graduate from the MIT Media Laboratory, the world-class interdisciplinary research center at MIT, his HCI related computer science researches are published at ACM SIGCHI and SIGGRAPH. Jay holds three advanced academic degrees from MIT and was the finalist of International mobile content award and The IDEA Awards winner with the MIT Tangible Media Group. Currently Jay joined OLPC as the Executive Director of Asia, to develop the foundation's global outreach and advocacy in Asia. Including the establishment of OLPC Asia office, Jay is responsible for its regional activities operated by the OLPC principle and pedagogy in Asia.
