Jay Belson

Jay Belson is an entrepreneur who has built a successful real estate development career from scratch. At the age of 18, Jay was inspired to buy his first home and has never considered a career in anything other than real estate since that day. He spent the greater part of his 40-year career with RE/MAX where he achieved nearly unprecedented success as an agent. In 2011, Mr. Belson returned to his roots and concentrated his career on real estate development. Most recently, Jay is venturing into the realm of wellness real estate, which incorporates concepts such as biophilic design, sustainability, and healthy building standards. While this may be viewed as a fad for the wealthy, Mr. Belson and his company strongly believe that this type of housing should be accessible to all. In his spare time, Jay finds joy in mentoring entrepreneurs who are just beginning their careers, and he is often called upon to assist and turn struggling projects into successes.
