Eze Johnbosco Chukwudi

I am a husband, father, social media manager, and Occupation Safety & Health Practitioner, currently living in Qatar. My interests range from photography, videography (as an auto journalist) - I shoot for my YouTube channel; link below - technology to volunteering for a cause e.g. raising awareness on autism, child abuse, persons with disabilities, environmental protection and occupational safety and health.

Prior to finishing school in 2008, I worked in a factory where PVC cans, overhead tanks and pipes were produced. Upon graduation, I buried my grandma, God bless her kind soul, I had to sell medicine as a sales representative for a pharmaceutical company in Nigeria before I decided to work as an OSH intern.

In 2012 I had an opportunity to leave Nigeria to work as an occupational safety and Health practitioner in Qatar in which I have continued to practice for over 8 years. I have always been focused on what I want from life, being disciplined and steadfast to the course, the earlier experiences I had gotten from the people I had met and worked with are that which has taken me this far in my profession.

What I do? I manage, consult, inspect and audit both office and site based, the safety, health and wellbeing of workers and the company's management system. I am responsible for reviewing contractor's work procedures, Safety and health plan, safety and health workers, the implementation of policies and procedure on site, office and factories, carry out accident investigations, liaise and report on a monthly basis with the necessary government body.

I have a reputation for being Organized, Proactive, Energetic and facilitating interdisciplinary Communication, Coordination & Cooperation. I particularly enjoy knowledge sharing, developing training materials and the follow up presentations & interactive workshops.

My plan is to develop a reputable career path in Occupational safety and health, Haven gotten a diploma in OSH - NEBOSH, it is one certification in every two years till I am an authority in my chosen profession.

Being an adrenaline junky; a lover of extreme sports, I often find the time with friends to go Quad biking, dune bashing in the desert or Go karting on the circuit, else, my back bag is on me an you can catch me shooting a video on a car as an auto journalist.

With the stories I've accumulated, there is probably a book, but sadly creative writing isn't a skill.
