I’m a creative leader who's directed games played by millions, and built new teams from the ground up in some special places around the world. πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ώ πŸ‡³πŸ‡± πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ πŸ‡°πŸ‡·

gamedev

For me, the best games are fun to pick up and play, yet unafraid to offer a real challenge. Worlds where players can band together to work things out, and leave with an unexpected stories to share.

I like to work where ambitious ideas and practical realities collide, with talented people who want to make cool things together and then watch what players do with them next.

background

I first got into making games through modding. I built Islay – an island off the west coast of Scotland, and now one of my favourite places to escape – with points of interest inspired by its many distilleries.

Since then, I’ve built sandbox worlds, written and directed stories, designed systems and modes, owned milestone planning and reviews, shaped production frameworks and pipelines, and developed original IP across teams of all shapes and sizes.

founder

Those experiences led me to found Vector North, a KRAFTON studio built around a concept I’d long wanted to realise: a world where players drop in and face dynamic challenges, but with enough room to just mess around with friends, too.

Building a studio from scratch while navigating a corporate ecosystem was a test of everything I thought I knew about leadership, creativity, and resilience. In the end, it was also a reminder that there’s always more to learn.
