Hi, my name is Jayd Hampton, I am a 16 year old high school student at Roswell High School. My hobbies consist of sports, cooking, and talking. At my high school, I participated in my schools broadcasting program for the past two years. I learned various techniques. I learned how to work an advanced camera, be a director, write a script, and my favorite part, how to be an anchor. To continue my interest in broadcasting, I plan on taking journalism next year and Advanced Placement Language Arts,which are both things that will help me excel as a writer. My number one goal when I graduate from High School is to attend Spelman College, and get my masters in communications. I hope to be a sports broadcaster and my dream would be to work at Turner Studios. Although I prefer to be a sports broadcaster, I would love to be an Anchor in General. "Over the years he entertained us, and in the end, he inspired us, with courage and love" Barack Obama. That was a quote President Obama gave about Stuart Scott, and that is exactly what i hope to achieve one day.
