Jay Flieg

With operations management experience spanning two decades, Jay Flieg has managed multiple franchise retail establishments in the greater St. Louis region. As president of six Dairy Queen retail locations, Jay Flieg adhered to a tight schedule and managed approximately 180 team members.

During his tenure, Mr. Flieg monitored employees and departments to ensure productivity and efficiency and made sure that budgetary guidelines were met. His responsibilities extended to the full range of supplier, distributor, and regulatory agency relationships, and he negotiated pricing and other aspects of supply-chain activities.

Jay Flieg is actively involved in the local community and has engaged as house captain during annual Rebuilding Day activities organized by Rebuilding Together St. Louis. A business graduate of Lindenwood University, he is presently studying toward a master of business administration at the same institution. Mr. Flieg is a college basketball fan who supports professional sports teams such as the MLB Cardinals and NFL Rams. Also in his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as riding motorbikes and playing golf.
