Jennifer Fontenot

I am a 38 year old mother. I have one daughter Rocki Fontenot (18) that I am crazy proud of!!! My hometown is China Texas....a very small town very south of Texas by the coast. I attended highschool near there then went on to attepmpt an Industrial Tech degree at a major college for several years but then decided to go for my Culinary degree specializing in classic French. My family name (Fontenot) is very French, but cajun.
