Jay Frohwirth

As owner and General Manager of Easy Method Driving School of Southeastern Wisconsin since 1991, Jay Frohwirth possesses expertise in the recruitment, training, and management of staff; telephone and direct sales and sales forecasting; and accounting and other financial functions. Also a talented marketer, he developed successful plans to implement driver training in high schools in 12 Milwaukee suburbs, as well as in Milwaukee Public Schools. Twenty years ago, the Easy Method Driving School franchise ran its operation with six vehicles. Today, Jay Frohwirth oversees a professional staff of 30 and an annual revenue in excess of $1 million. Frohwirth excels at public presentations and interpersonal relationships, as evidenced by his company’s reputation for exceptional customer service and its virtually nonexistent employee turnover. Jay Frohwirth works skillfully with customers on developing creative financing options, and he utilizes his business and financial acumen to purchase equipment and fashion effective marketing plans. He regularly gives seminars to parents of student drivers, providing information on Wisconsin's driver training laws. Jay Frohwirth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Milton College, located in Milton, Wisconsin. While an undergraduate, he played catcher on the school’s baseball team, earning all-state honors. He continues to enjoy the sport and pursues a goal of visiting all Major League Baseball parks. A devoted husband and outdoorsman, Jay Frohwirth takes pleasure in camping and boating with his wife, especially in the picturesque Green Lake area of Wisconsin, with its clean waters, inviting parks, and championship golf courses.
