Jay and Laurie Lorenzen have been on staff for over 35 years (20 years associate staff, 15 years full-time staff).

They are currently on staff with Faculty Commons, having previously served with Cru Military (for 30 years) until moving over to the Campus Ministry to work with faculty.

Jay spent 12 years on the faculty at the Air Force Academy during his 20 years pf active duty in the Air Force. In addition to serving with Faculty Commons, he helps lead the informal Gospel in Action initiative within the US Campus Ministry—attempting to wed together the bold proclamation and compassionate demonstration of the gospel into our local movements.

He and his wife Laurie also direct the “If Properly Led Leadership Development Conference” at Gettysburg PA (see ifproperlyled.org). Jay and Laurie have 4 married children and 14 grandchildren.
