Have you ever met a complete stranger who you felt "connected" to? You felt as if you had known him or her for years and liked them immediately? Or have you ever read something that made you say “yes…yes…YES!” So much so, you quickly identified with what that person was writing- like they were writing specifically to you! You were as engaged as if someone across the room pointed at you and yelled “HEY…YOU!”. This is the type of connection and attention I can get from clients.

From cooking at a drive-in in high school (with car-hops!) through my roles as consultative sales pro, business development manager, lawyer, and editor, I have learned valuable lessons that apply today in marketing and selling.
1) I know how to create a culture of raving customers by making that direct connection and remembering that their experiences are worth more than any single item.
2) I know how to improvise and make things work while keeping people happy, because the customer may not always be right, but you should always care about their satisfaction. This is the key to loyalty.
3) I know how to sell. And, if you have taken care of the first two, this occurs naturally.

I also almost ten years' experience in web and digital media sales experience. My passion is prospecting & closing new strategic partnerships and creating strong brands through market research and analysis. Proficient in technology (Adobe CS, HTML and CSS) & social media (check me out on Twitter!), I thrive in fast-paced environments and also bring extensive experience mentoring teams for sales success.

Oh, and I still make a mean milk shake and ice cream cone.

And, since I don't sleep, I also love to cycle, run, and swim. Triathlons are my passion and I've done 6 Ironman triathlons (on my way to doing my 7th). But, I love being on my bike. If I could work on my bike I would.
