I am a sophomore at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and I am working hard to make my dreams come true. I am majoring in mass communication with a minor in business. I love communicating with people, networking, and working in a diverse community. My mom just moved to Florida, and I plan on taking my knowledge and experiences I've gained here at SIUE to USF in Tampa to continue my journey to success.

Like Marilyn Monroe once said, "I don't want to make money, I just want to be wonderful." Of course I enjoy what money can buy, but there are more important things in life. To me, the most important elements of life are family, love, and success. I am motivated by these three elements in life to become the best I can be.

There are several people I look up to as role models. I hope to have my grandfather's patience. He was the kindest man I have ever come to know. I aspire to have my mother's work ethic so I can accomplish any challenge put in front of me. And lastly, I dream of being as fabulous as Marilyn Monroe, someone that so many people look up to for being herself. I just want to make a difference in the lives of others.
