My journey includes almost 16 years in Human Resources at Marathon Oil Company initiating and reinventing significant Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations and Community Engagement initiatives.
Most recently, I served as the Conference Coordinator for the Association of Chinese American Professionals’ (ACAP) 15th Annual Diversity Summit held in May 2015.
