I’m Jaymie Lashaway, also known as Jaymie Lynn— a multidisciplinary professional blending legal support, creative strategy, and mission-driven leadership across nonprofit, entertainment, and business development spaces. My work centers on helping people and brands clarify their vision, strengthen their structure, and communicate with purpose.
I’m the founder of Grant Stewart Business Collective, Open Road Entertainment, and Safe Harbor, a recognized 501(c)(3) serving survivors of abuse and exploitation. Across each venture, my focus remains the same: building meaningful systems, elevating stories, and creating pathways for people and organizations to grow with integrity.
With a background in legal studies (Paralegal & Criminal Justice certifications), national victim advocacy credentials, and an A.S. in Business Management, I bring a grounded, analytical approach to every project. I’ve also worked in creative and entertainment environments for years, partnering with artists, public figures, and emerging brands on PR, content, and audience development.
