Jay Morrison's efforts are always in the interest of his community. Jay is the CEO of the Tulsa Real Estate Fund (TREF), the biggest black-owned real estate crowdfunds in American history. The Legacy Center is a monument to their efforts. This event venue in Atlanta, Georgia, was constructed as the first TREF-funded initiative to assist local companies and entrepreneurs. It also acts as a community meeting place. Aside from the services offered, the Legacy Center's prize-winning decor is popular for private gatherings, weddings, parties, and business meetings. Since its founding, the Legacy Center has also launched and joined several community initiatives. Big Brothers Anonymous (BBA) is a My Brother's Keeper Alliance member of the Obama Foundation. These organizations seek to eradicate violence and enhance the lives of young men of color by promoting communal fellowship via mentoring.

Jay Morrison also helped co-found The Real Estate Roadmap Mentorship Program, where he focuses on helping others learn about the ins and outs of real estate investing. He is passionate about helping others find success, and focuses on helping those coming from underserved communities.
