I was born and raised in England, and lived there very happily until I met and married the love of my life and moved to the Arizona desert. That was 18 years ago. He’s a mailman, and I’m an administrator. We have three beautiful teenage daughters. We are Christ followers.

I have been on a journey of wellness and leadership development in the last three years that has changed my life, and I’m working toward a new life goal of becoming a nutrition coach.

I’ve become very interested in sustainable home “farming” to produce our own food and we are busy building an aquaponics system in our back yard.
