Jay Noland

Endowed with the gift of gab, Jay Noland has spoken in various major events, talking and relating to people from all walks of life. However, he is not limited to just public speaking. He is also an accomplished sportsman having played and significantly contributing in back to back Minor League Championships with a team that was once managed by future Hall of Famer Bruce Bochy.

After leaving his career in professional baseball, he turned his attention and gifts to Network Marketing. He built significant sales organizations with members from all over the globe and is known as a Master Trainer. With his skills, he has helped countless people accomplish their dreams and reach new heights.

Aside from spending time in Network Marketing, he also dabbled in the Mortgage Banking and Brokerage industry. He managed and developed multi-million dollar mortgage teams and with his proven leadership, he generated and produced millions of dollars in various business ventures.

Mr. Noland is aware that the right leader and the right leadership practices can work magic in an organization. He also believes in honesty and integrity. He does not want to just earn or make money. He is also keen in building relationships with people. He wants people to have the same positive energy that he has. His true passion is to help people achieve their dreams.

Some people may have questioned their purpose or their ability to follow through with what they have started but Jay Noland has never felt that way, even at times when he was faced with setbacks. Being an athlete he believed that in order to achieve success, he needed to persevere and give it his all. From where he is now, it is easy to see that he has succeeded and his perseverance and relentless attitude has paid off. He adapts to the changes around him and stays focus.
