Jay Postma

Jay is founder and President of MSB Compliance Inc. providing BSA/AML compliance consulting to MSBs, TPPPs and community banks. With extensive experience in financial services, Jay has worked as an intrepreneur within the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and entrepreneur at Towne Services, El Banco de Nuestra Comunidad, Ingo Money and other entities to create value while ensuring effective risk mitigation. Mr. Postma is co-founder and current Co-Chair of the Atlanta ACAMS Chapter, co-founder of Digital Currency Solutions, a Principal with Aceris Financial Group, and Lifetime Member of the Bitcoin Foundation. Jay has spoken on BSA/AML compliance at multiple conferences including South West Border Anti-Money Laundering Alliance, Western Union’s Consumer Protection & Compliance Conference, IMTC/NMTA, Community Bankers, ACAMS webinars, and others.
