He has done this kind of work in many different environments for many different types of clients & employers, including a State Government Agency, Attorneys at Law, Forensic & Clinical Psychologists, a Sports & Athletic Product Manufacturer, a Non-Profit Organization, a Home Healthcare Agency, as well as I.T. Service Providers. He has earned a Certificate from Muskingum College in Business Communications & is both N+ & A+ Certified.

Although Jay is passionate about Food, Cooking & Technology he has other passions, including Writing, Music, Family History Research, & Concert Production. He has over ten years experience as a Music Educator, Performer, & Producer, and he has earned a Certificate from the Musician's Institute for Guitar Studies & a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University in Anthropology. He worked for a Concert & Stage Production Company for three years, learning how to load & unload trucks full of stage & concert equipment, how to setup & install lighting, sound, & set equipment, & has experience with many different instruments & music technologies.
