Jay Ruiz

Jay was born and raised in Oakland CA.
In 2001, at 20 years old, he created a Holistic Health Center centered around bodywork and the principles of Naturopathy. Combining old-world wisdom with new-world know-how. His Holistic Health Center provided an expanding array of services to support the surrounding San Francisco Bay Area.
In 2004, he closed his practice to travel around the world. He hoped that traveling would open his eyes as to life abroad. While travelling he continued to study healing modalities and aquiring both his B.Th (2007) & M.Div.(2012), from Acadia Divinity College with continued education from Holy Names/ Sophia Center and Fuller Seminary in; Somatic healing, Tarot, Transpersonal Psychology, Active Meditation, Healing Art Therapy, Qigong, and Usui/Tibetan Reiki.
In his free time he enjoys volunteering, yoga, and being outdoors. He currently resides in Hayward, Ca where he continues his research work on self-healing and consciousness. He is available for group lectures and private consultations.
