WHY MIGHT YOU NEED JAY?

SHIFTS HAPPEN all the time. They can be good or bad based on how ready, prepared, and able to act and adapt leaders and their organizations are when shifts hit. If your organization and its leaders are not ready or you worry they might not be, then Jay can help.

WHAT DOES JAY DO?

He helps leaders and their organizations to be able to act and adapt when shifts hit so they not only survive but thrive.

He speaks, trains, advises guides, and coaches leaders and their organizations. He helps them define where they are, understand what is going on around them, determine where they want to go and see how future shifts can affect their journey.

He partners with his clients to identify and support making the necessary shifts to get to them where they want to go and be ready for what the future brings.

WHAT MAKES JAY UNIQUELY VALUABLE?

He cares about his clients and focuses solely on making them heroes and their organizations successful. Even with over 20 years of experience, he is a life-long learner of and thought leader on navigating the intersection of strategy, organization, and operations.

He has a holistic, systems-oriented, and integrated view. His thinking is interdisciplinary and strategic. His approach is collaborative, customer-centric, people-focused, process-driven, information and technology-enabled, and results-oriented.

WHAT ELSE?

Jay has been a prolific writer of posts and articles on topics that make him tick. His articles have been featured in Harvard Business School publications and LinkedIn.
