Jayson Arenas

Hello! I’m Jayson Arenas, a passionate public speaker and dedicated ISO Document Controller with over four years of experience in the BPO industry. My journey has taken me through various roles, from Team Leader in sales and tech support to Product Trainer, where I honed my skills in guiding and developing teams.

Currently, I focus on overseeing our quality management system, ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies align with ISO standards. I take pride in facilitating training and onboarding sessions for leaders and managers, equipping them with the tools they need to excel in their roles.

As a member of Toastmasters International, I actively engage in public speaking, providing constructive feedback to help others grow. This community has been instrumental in enhancing my communication skills and passion for empowering others.

In my downtime, you can find me playing badminton or enjoying leisurely walks with my dog.
