Jayson Baker

I am an education leader driven by growth, integrity, and meaningful impact. My career has allowed me to serve as a teacher, coach, principal, athletic director, instructional coach, and consultant. Each role has strengthened my belief that strong leadership is the foundation of strong schools.

I began my journey in the classroom, where I conducted action research to better understand how the brain learns. That experience challenged me to step outside my comfort zone and refine my instructional approach. It shaped my commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning. I believe real success is measured by the lives we influence, not the titles we hold.

Throughout my career, I have focused on developing educators, building collaborative teams, and creating systems that support student achievement. I also wrote and secured a $500,000 Department of Defense grant to expand opportunities for students, an accomplishment that reflected disciplined goal setting and strategic planning.

I view leadership as service. It requires courage, reflection, and a genuine commitment to those we serve. I continue to grow each day, striving to make a positive impact while helping others reach their full potential.
