She specialized in the contrabass for the wind ensemble in Konkou Gakuen's middle, high school, and college programs. In her third year of college, she personally went under tutelage from Jazz bassist, Hatsumi Kamiyazaki. Her live performances, based in the Kansai region, have expanded nationwide. She has collaborated with such musicians as Eiji Kitamura, Pierre Barouh, Jimmy Smith, Makoto Ozone, Kensaku Tanikawa, Patrick Nugier, Seiji Tada, Harumi Kaneko, Toshihiro Nakanishi, and more.
In 2010, Germany's oldest independent label, Trikont, recognized her talents, and she participated in the Manouche Jazz Unit (gypsy swing) recording of the 100th birthday tribute album to Django Reinhardt entitled, "ZaZa avec Café Manouche." It received great attention overseas.
