Jazz Jackson serves as the Associate Dean of FYE and Retention Programs at SNHU. Jazz has over twelve years of experience in education and project management. He has been involved in curriculum development, student advising, student engagement, student retention, and program accreditation. He has conducted vast research to increase retention for underrepresented and nontraditional students. Jazz also remains active in academic and student support by contributing to presentations in his field of this work.

Jazz's interests range from travel to education.
