Real Estate has been the family business my whole life. I remember as a young boy helping my father update his MLS listing books, which back then, was actually a set of three ring binders. My father also taught me how to create a market analysis which entailed getting out the scissors and paste. All I can say is thank goodness for computers! It’s funny now to look back and remember when the MLS first came out on the computer. My father thought we would never figure it out. When we realized we could put the scissors away we were both very excited. Showing homes with him made me realize how much I wanted to be a Realtor and as soon as I got out of school I set out to list my first home. That was in 1994 and I have been a full time Realtor ever since. For the last 12 years I’ve specialized in investment real estate and I have helped my clients earn large returns on their investments. I also work with people who just want to get a great deal on a home for their family. When I work with a new client most of the time they have various types of properties that they need council on. So I work with my clients and fellow business owners to list their existing homes, commercial properties and renegotiate the terms of existing leases.
