John Berry

John Berry is a criminal defense attorney in Lincoln, Nebraska, and the founder of Berry Law: Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Lawyers Since the beginning, he has fought to protect the constitutional rights of clients. His practice areas include federal crimes, drug crimes, driving while intoxicated, white collar crime and veterans appeals.

John has attended Stanford University and Northwestern University. He has appeared in court in 24 states and two foreign countries.

John's practice areas go beyond criminal defense. He also represents victims of car accidents, slip-and-falls ad nursing home injuries. When John returned from his final tour in Vietnam, he offered representation to veterans with PTSD in Nebraska. Today, he represents veterans in all 50 states.
