Jeremy Bibaud
Jeremy Bibaud is a graduate of MacEwan University’s Bachelor of Communications in Professional Writing program. He lives in Edmonton, Alberta where he spends his days working in social media, video, graphic and web production for many industries including film/entertainment, the arts and not-for-profit.
His day job is as Communications Manager for DIALOG in Edmonton, AB. Previously, he was Manager, New Media for United Way of the Alberta Capital Region, where his work was recognized internationally.
He is one of the founding members of ID*SCRIBE, a soon-to-relaunch online community for writers. He also devotes a significant amount of time to Liquid Trout Ltd., a Vancouver-based film company, as their Communications Manager and as Production Assistant when the need arises. Their latest project was a feature length comedy entitled Love/Hate, which had an extremely successful premiere at Garneau Theatre in Edmonton, Alberta.
Jeremy is also working on a novel (currently untitled) which he recently completed research for in Edinburgh, Scotland, a television screenplay titled Common Ground, based on his time in the not-for-profit sector and the stage play Birthright, which he intends to produce for the Edmonton Fringe Festival.
