First and foremost I am a successful working mother and wife. My sole dream in life is for my children to look back at the legacy I have created and know I worked hard, cared deeply, and made a difference in someone's life. That's why I am in the Talent Acquisition world. Where else can you profoundly impact someone's journey other than in their career. In recruitment you get the chance to be the good guy, the bad guy, and more often times the teacher or coach. That's the part of my job I love the most. I love being able to help transform a candidate from just another resume to a stand out performer who continues to obtain substantial gains in their career and eventually make a difference upon someone as well.
