I graduated as MS in Psychology from University of Gdańsk, where I learned a lot about human cognition, behavior and motivations. During my studies I developed strong theoretical and practical foundation for applying effective communication with the clients and team workers. As psychologist and as a human being I find great pleasure and everlasting challenge in establishing and maintaining rapport either on professional or personal ground. I realize that we are all different in the way we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to my communication with others.

During my studies I also acquired an extensive experience in research design & analysis which includes the knowledge about a diverse methods of evaluation and assessment. I also developed a number of technical and analytical skills including the knowledge of data science & statistical topics, familiarity with multiple programming languages, tools and technologies as well as understanding of the fundamentals of computer architecture and networking.
