My name is Joval Laurence Borlongan. I have the good fortune of growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, which exposed me to a diverse group of friends, acquaintances, teachers, and mentors.
In 2011, I completed my undergraduate studies at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a minor in Environmental Design and Urbanism in Developing Countries. I have just finished a 1-year architectural internship in Beijing with C Office, one of the 9 design studios of Zhongxu Planning and Architecture Design. I’m hoping to take the experience I have gained at Berkeley and Beijing into my future work here in the US and abroad.
