My research interests span a range of topics, including the experiences of Black women in Higher Education, minority student campus belonging and engagement, and policies that create barriers to student success. Through my work, I aim to develop innovative, effective, and equitable educational practices to help all students reach their full potential and lead to institutional transformation.
I bring a collaborative, creative, and strategic approach to my work, drawing on insights from journalism, education, and other relevant fields to understand the complex factors that influence educational outcomes.
