Jim Bridge

Hi,

I was born in 1947 at a very early age on a council estate in Preston Lancashire.My Pop was a Painter and Decorator,and my Ma was a Winder in the local Cotton Mill.My first Job was in the Architects Department at Lancashire County Council,and on ,and on ,and so on.

I came to Tenerife in 2004 with my wife Lynda where we now have a holiday villa maintenance business.We clean and maintain Villas and Apartment in readyness for the arrival of holiday makers.We dont do the work ourselves but have lovely staff who do it for us.As A concequence we have plenty of time on our hands to enjoy the pleasures of Tenerife.Our main pleasure is great cuisine.As you can see from the photograph I enjoy it a lot more than Lynda, who for her age (101)has a lovely figure.(Sorry LoL)

As I pick myself up off the floor for the next sentence,I think I`ll quit while im ahead,but she is lovely and trim and its all due to the Paleo Diet recipe book which I hope to share with you.
