I am a business co-owner specializing in movement training for the 55+ population. I am currently living in Boston, Massachusetts. My educational background is in Mechanical Engineering. I worked for several years specializing in wearable technology. My passion for movement for the older demographic comes from my first-hand experience with the decline and heartbreak that don't need to come with age. Our mobility starts to decline as early as age 30. Let's combat that together!
