Janine Bucklaschuk

Hi, I'm Janine. I'm an employability and essential skills facilitator living in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I love travelling and learning. I consider myself a life-long student. I am currently completing my TESL, HR Diploma, Masters program in Education and a Certificate in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design.

I work for a non-profit organization that connects job seekers to employers and trains them with the necessary skills to become successful in the workplace. I have a wide-range of participants, and a huge percentage need some form of language support. This is probably my main motivation to complete the TESL program. I would like to be more effective at providing language supports to my participants so that they could have an increased probability of attaining employment success.
