Jim "Buzz" Buswell

I am a technologist with a passion for making digital products people want to use. Over the last 15 years, I've led digital product teams within startups and large enterprises to invent, model and launch new digital products in industries from health insurance to finance to automotive. I started my career as a consultant programming in Java for large-scale web applications. On my second project, we used the eXtreme Programming methodology, which convinced me that agile processes were necessary to create great software. In my current role, I lead digital teams to make great products leveraging agile and lean processes to minimize waste and create real value for consumers.
