specializing in nature and geographical documentation, since 1989, travels extensively throughout Brazil. He has published twelve books about various regions of Brazil and was a co-author in nine other publications. His works has been published in major Brazilian newspapers and magazines and photos distributed internationally. He participated in several national and international exhibitions related to the environment and Brazilian traditional culture. He is founder and ex-president of AFNatura - Nature Photographers Association.
