Jaime C. Cavazos

I am a dynamic professional with a diverse background in residential and light commercial construction. I'm driven by a passion for making a positive impact in my community.

Currently, I'm the Purchasing Director at Kept Classic Homes and Caprock Construction. Kept Classic Homes is a residential builder and development company that focuses on 55+ communities in the Hill Country and Aggieland. Caprock Construction offers general contracting and construction manager at-risk services, with a focus on healthcare and water/wastewater projects in central Texas.

Beyond my role in the construction industry, I am deeply committed to community service and helping others. I proudly hold a position on the Board of Directors at the Bryan-College Station Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of the United Way of the Brazos Valley. I also lend my construction-related expertise as a commissioner of the Building & Standards Commission for the City of Bryan. My involvement extends to the Community Development Advisory Council of the City of Bryan and various committees within Bryan ISD, including the Superintendent's Advisory Council. Furthermore, I have served as President and currently serve as the Public Relations Officer for the Hispanic Forum of Bryan-College Station.

My passion for informing and educating led me to work as an independent producer and radio personality for La Jefa 102.7 FM, where I fill in live shows and produce Spanish play-by-play broadcasts for Texas A&M Football games and The Toucans FC of the Brazos Valley.

Additionally, my dedication to improving the quality of life for families has led me to become an Independent Life and Health Insurance Agent. I am currently licensed by the state of Texas to offer life and health insurance solutions. Collaborating with various organizations, I leverage our network of skilled financial advisors to assist families in securing insurance protection and planning for retirement.

Balancing a thriving construction career with a commitment to community service and education has been a fulfilling journey. I firmly believe that giving back and making a difference in people's lives is as essential as building solid structures. I look forward to continuing this journey and collaborating with others to leave a positive, lasting impact on future generations.
