Jeff Foster

I'm a customer experience leader, brand strategist, mar-tech advocate and founder of more than one Philly-based startup.

As founder and CEO of Productive Machine Holdings, I lead a team of digital agency professionals providing branding and web platform solutions to a range of tech, life sciences, and other organizations including Actifio, Kaminario, SimpliVity, Validus Pharmaceuticals, Suneva Pharmaceuticals, Rodale Inc, EZcater, NSM Insurance Group, C2GO and others. In a recent assignment with LiquidHub, a $180M integrator with increasing assets in the agency space, I served as Managing Director in the firm's digital practice. I established and led two of the company's most important strategic alliances - Adobe (for Marketing Cloud) and Veeva Systems. Using these and other tools of the trade, I worked to define meaningful, scalable new client solutions. I collaborated closely with the company's leadership team, global bizdev and delivery organization to grow the practice by nearly $3.5M during 2015-2016.

I also founded Big Laboratory Networks, a life sciences digital startup. Leveraging technology originally proven in a multi-year enterprise-level engagement with Amylin Pharmaceuticals, this platform-as-a-service business enables private collaborative networks for leading organizations in the biotechnology, medical device and public policy sectors.

My previous ventures include Foster-Redmond, an internationally successful B2B / B2C brand consulting and digital creative agency, and FullCircle Intermedia, where as founding partner I assembled the team responsible for developing and commercializing that firm’s innovative, scalable sports and entertainment branding platform.

I also served as Executive Vice President with TMX Interactive, where I led key agency relationships with SAP, LG Mobile, Verizon Wireless and EMC Corporation. I also led the launch of TMX Healthcare, for which I defined a portfolio of services aimed specifically at life sciences industry clients including GlaxoSmithKline, McNeil Pharmaceuticals, Genentech and AstraZeneca.

My businesses are based at Industrious Philadelphia -- an urban community of tech startups that is home to over twenty early-stage companies.
