I am the founder of Rungway, the platform that opens up new ways for people to give and get help in the workplace, surfacing tomorrow's issues today.
I started the company after seeing an opportunity for new technology to offer personalised support for those needing fast, relevant career advice.
I believe that I wouldn't have achieved my career milestones if I hadn't sought out insights and short-cuts from people outside my personal network. Starting my career in a male-dominated (trading floor) environment meant female role models were few and far between.
As well as getting Rungway off the ground, I serve as a Non-Executive Director at Santander and am a Trustee for the Girls Day School Trust.
Previously, I was Non-Executive Director at Standard Life Aberdeen PLC and a Board Member of UBS Investment Bank, holding a number of global leadership positions and winning multiple industry awards for innovation between 2001-2009.
