With over nine years of experience in PR agencies and Fortune 500 corporate settings, Clapper brings a unique view to communications strategy, reputation management, and public relations and social media activations.

A firm believer that social media can serve as a company's "canary in the coal mine," she believes creative and marketing disciplines should work hand-in-hand with customer service to protect and build brand and corporate reputations and cultivate desired emotional connections.

Clapper has a wide range of experience developing strategic plans for communications and social media, creating and executing multi-year campaigns and working with advertising and creative agencies to ensure maximization of marketing dollars.

Personal interests
