I am interested in developing my career in the field of Project Management, my thesis is about a plan for implementation of a PMO based on the PMBOK in the Company that i Work. It begins measuring the maturity grade of the Company in Project Management and finish proposing the bases of that PMO. Outline the metodology, training, templates, dashboards and reports who any department of the company will need to develop in its field and the treatment of the lessons learned to lead to the continuous improvement of the business is the principal goal of the thesis.
