Jase Miller

I have been working at Stanford University in the Athletic Department for the past six years and currently serve as Manager of Facilities, Operations & Events / Contracts Administrator. The main responsibility for this position is to coordinate contracts with vendors that the department uses for facilities, operations, and events. It requires me to coordinate with the University Contracts Office, internal departments, and the external client from initiation of the contracts through the execution and final sign off. I work under the direct supervision of the Senior Associate Athletics Director, CFO on a variety of tasks and projects that include processing, revising and drafting contracts, and managing contract databases.
During my time at Stanford I have also spent time as a facility and events manager, accounting associate for sports programs, and I manage all of the departments capital assets. On top of work, I have been attending graduate school the last two years pursing my Master’s in Sport Management at the University of San Francisco. I will be graduating in May of this year but will be done with classes in February in order to use the rest of the time to complete a master’s project. Some of my favorite classes in the program have been Sport Law, Strategic Partnerships, and Managing Sport in a Dynamic Environment.
