Justice Companies, II was conceived April 27, 1951, to James Conley Justice and Edna Ruth Justice. He went to Raleigh County government funded schools and moved on from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1969, went to Greenbrier Military Academy as a post alumni. Lead representative Justice went to Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, and was commander of the golf crew for a very long time prior to acquiring his college degree and a Masters in Business Administration.
