John Conlin

Hello! My name is John Conlin, and I am junior at UMass pursuing a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Ecnomics. If we all have a passion, we should strive to live it, learn about it, and make it apart of our lives. I am passionate about hospitality and going the extra mile to make someone's experience memorable. Working in the front office of two hotels over the past three years has allowed me to interact with hotel guests and welcome them to their home. The hotel indsutry is dverse and is constantly changing. I hope to someday continue to serve others in a setting where they can feel at home and leave wantng to come back again. My dream is to be the General Manager of a five star hotel someday.
