There comes a time in your life when you take time to do something for yourself, so with 22+ years of military service (and counting), I chose to become a chef. I am currently a student at the Art Institute of Washington in Rosslyn, Va. With less than a year remainig in my education, I am pleased to say that I have chosen the perfect profession after serving my country.
