1. paraffin wax and pigment,

wrapped in paper, created to add depth

and shadow to the world.

2. shy, thoughtful, insecure crayon

who wishes to find and give love

despite an unhealthy need for solitude.

3. words are written and

chord progressions recorded.

the years pass as i stumble through melodies and mumble lyrics.

once patience is spent i keep what is left and move on.

and so it has been the past few years.
